Drawing from her own transformative journey, she emphasizes a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating nutrition, mental well-being, and lifestyle habits. Through motivational coaching, Krystle empowers clients to surpass limitations and unlock their full potential, whether aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall wellness.

Lynda Nguyen

Lynda is a powerhouse leader with over 500 Yoga Alliance hours, specializing in Shakti Tantra Yoga within India's Sri Vidya lineage and Kundalini Yoga under the guidance of the 3HO Foundation. She holds certifications in motivational firewalking, having trained alongside luminaries such as Tony Robbins and T. Harv Eker. Additionally, Lynda brings Harvard Law School training and negotiation skills to her role. However, she transcends the typical mold of an Executive Leadership Coach, and Corporate Trainer. Her mission is to

(re) ignite the fire within trailblazing women through Women's Leadership Seminars, blending ancient practices with modern, research-backed leadership strategies. As a licensed HeartMath 'Resiliency Advantage' trainer and Master Practitioner in language and behavior patterns, she is poised to unleash true leadership potential and guide individuals to success.

Jacquelyn, a mother and adventurer, is the creator of "ChakWave: An Intentional Cleanse for Body, Mind, and Spirit," guiding people through transformative journeys. With a background in film and a passion for holistic wellness, she explores various healing modalities, from acupuncture to sound healing. Jacquelyn's diverse experiences, from backpacking through Europe to participating in sacred ceremonies in Peru, shape her approach to co-creating and inspiring others through arts, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, all while embracing life's unpredictable journey.
